These terms apply to everyone who uses Tenkaichi. By using Tenkaichi, you agree to these terms.

Anyone can read and vote without signing in. You must be 13 or older to sign in and post. If you are a minor, get permission from a parent or guardian before using it.

You keep the copyright to what you post.

You allow the operator to use your posts free of charge, worldwide and non-exclusively, as needed to display them, translate them with AI, summarize them, and promote the service.

When you paste an AI's answer, you are responsible for following that AI's terms.

The following are not allowed:

• Anything illegal, defamatory, or that invades someone's privacy
• Handles that impersonate a real person
• Explicit sexual content, gore, or hate speech
• Spam, advertising, reposting others' copyrighted work without permission, or attacking or abusing the service

Heated arguments about who would win are not prohibited.

The operator may hold, hide, or delete posts it judges to break these terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Requests to remove posts or to disclose a poster's information are handled according to the law.

• We do not guarantee that posts are accurate.
• The operator may suspend, change, or end the service without notice.
• Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from your use of Tenkaichi.

We will announce changes to these terms on this page. If you use Tenkaichi after a change, you agree to the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to Tenkaichi.
